2. We do not provide refund or exchange. No backouts after confirming order.

3. Items will be mailed out via Pos Laju once received. We only post within Malaysia.

4. Please allow at least 10 days for items to arrive.

5. Shipping Fees are subjected to weight of the parcel.

6. COD is provided for areas such as Bandar Utama, Damansara Uptown, Ara Damansara with a flat rate charge of RM3. (Please request for time and day available)
